a.    reflecting on your own facilitation skills

When I did the facilitating in week 4, I did not have a lot of experience which made me miss some staff on how to use time management during the facilitation and how to present it Infront of the class. It was challenging knowing the class every week

b.    making a connection between your reflections and the operation of the group process

from week 8 to week , the ice-breaking was different than our week we did had some question in week four to make the student more opened, but in this week student are more opened and during the past week we had known our members and in those weeks we had knowledge of what is another group cultural diversity with an interesting in each member of the group. it was great as I had knowledge of cultural differences and how group members can make better decisions making when working together.

c.     forming a reasoned opinion on the group facilitator role

The group was engaged with the class and where be able to provide a knowledge of everyone’s cultural background and how important it is for each member. the role was smoother and more listened to each member as there were helping us to clear some question that was. provided by the student.

Exceptional level of application of range of theoretical sources to experiential learning
