Business Consulting Agreement This agreement between Sunshine Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic and Preetha Consultancy is hereby entered into on this date 16th July 2020.

Contract between Consultant and Client

The Agreement includes all the terms and conditions that lead the contract betweenPreetha Consultants and sunshine physiotherapy and sports clinic Unit-121 6345 120 Street Delta BC V4E2A6] (the “Client”) who agrees to be bound by this agreement whereas the consultants offers consulting services in the field of Consultation; and the Client desires to retain the services of the consultants according to the written agreement.

The initial agreement between both parties includes few important aspects like:

1. Term

The Agreement began on [16th July 2020] and will continue for three years. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with [14] days written notice to the other Party.

2. Consulting Services

The Consultant agrees that it shall provide its expertise to the client for all resources to Business Growth and Strategic planning.

3. Compensation

In consideration for the Consulting Services, the client shall pay the Consultant at the rate of $ 35 per hour. The Consultant shall invoice the Client once every [30 days] and such invoices shall be due and payable within [10 days] days of the Client’s receipt of the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights in Work Product

Both parties should agree that the client has conceptual property right to any of the product resulting from the consulting services. The consultants should agree of not claiming any such ownership in work product’s intellectual property at any time even after the agreement period.

5. Confidentiality

The consultant company should not discloseclient’s business information to any third party which includes business plans. Consultants cannot make photocopies of any Information or content relating to the concepts of plan or business.

6. Noncompetition

During the period agreement or even laterafter this period the consultants should not in any competition with the client or any of its subsidiaries, including any clinic engaged in Physiotherapy.

7. Non solicitation of Employees

During the agreement period and later, the consultant should not recruitany of the company’s employees, or contractors for work at another company either directly or indirectly.

8. Indemnification

The client should agree to compensate and protect the consultant team against all lawsuits and costs of every kind pertaining to the client’s business.

9. No Modification Unless in Writing

No modification of this Agreement will be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.

Elim Christian Care Society on the other hand, is a Christian organization that mainly specializes in providing full range senior’s housing and care options.

Collaboration with Non-Profit Organization- Develop Disabilities Association Description

The Developmental Disabilities Association provides more than 50 programs, to adults and children who unfortunately have development disabilities and their families in Vancouver and Richmond. An extended network of support is created for a safe community.

Pros of constructing a building, we can construct a building according to our wishes and we can use best material for constructing. We can design the rooms and interior according to our needs. For constructing a building, everything is new, so there is no risk of safety, water and energy efficiency will also be good. The constructing of building is costly, so we will not suggest that option for clinic.

Another option is buying an existing building in Downtown Vancouver. This option is less costly as compared to constructing a building. But buying an existing building has negative sides, firstly we do not know what kind of material is used for building, so in terms of health and safety will be risky, maintenance needs to be done according to our needs and wants. Moreover, water and energy efficiency are also not very good. To buying an existing building in Downtown Vancouver, 5,000,000$ to 22,000,000 for 4,000sf to 14,000sf, so this option is also not suitable for clinic.

The last and best option is renting a commercial building. We have seen few places in Vancouver. There are positive sides of renting a commercial building; we can start the clinic in a short duration once we get the permission of government.

For equipment part, we need treatment tables so for one room one treatment table is enough. The cost of one treatment table is $700, so for six rooms the total treatment cost of tables will be $4200.00. Electrotherapy treatment machines Chattanooga, price of one machine is $2000.00 we need six, so total cost will be $12000.00. Computers will be required for keeping the records, for booking the appointment and to do other clinic administration works, so we need at least three, cost of computers will be $3600.00. Exercise balls and Thera Band soft cost will be $400.00 (six pieces of each).
