Scholars and health researchers have come up with various proposals that can improve human health, hence their lives (Castlen et al, 2017). However, it turns out that the only remedy in correcting the health sector menace is creativity and innovation. It is believed that through this, the health sector can be more successful in its endeavors. Creativity and innovation is the key in the medical field.

Company choice and products

The medical field is essential in people's life. It is the integral unit that makes people's life span to be elongated if they seek assistance on time. Based on this, modern people believe that the power to live long lies in seeking medical services. However, the increased mortality due to doctors' and nurses' negligence has made some people seek assistance from witch doctors or traditional medicines and or herbs in the recent past. Glad Tiding Health Center is no exception in changing the belief that modern drugs are better than the traditional ones. It does this by providing quality medical services that other medical centers do not. It is because it adopts the use of modern technology (Castlenet al, 2017). It also fosters innovation and creativity by allowing practitioners to be professional and only offer medical services to patients when they are sure. It does not allow trial and error on the patients that would lead to premature deaths. The company has been in existence for two decades now and has at least gain popularity. It offers inpatients services, maternity, surgeries, therapies, and mortuary services.

Recently, it opted and opened its branches in the other three continents. It is gaining popularity because of the quality of services that it provides. It is said that the professionals it hires out knows what they are hired to do. No wonder the selection process of the HR department is thorough. Besides, the Hospital has its prices subsidized, making it affordable to all. The location of the health center is in the center of California.

Ideal Qualities and Characteristics of Employees

Matters of human life are serious that needs only professionals. Based on this, the Hospital's HR department team always ensures that the right individual is hired after a stringent vetting process. The qualities that will be looked at for those vying for advertised posts are continuously aired out in the adverts to limit those applying. It has been a criterion that has made only severe and qualified persons apply for such jobs and get them. It has often eased the selection process. In the Hospital, the management always looks for people who can bring a difference to the Hospital. Being that the company focuses on creativity and innovations that can enhance the lives of the patients, those who apply and are creative and innovative and are willing to bring a lot of difference in the Hospital always win the positions. The culture of the Hospital is that the most qualified and experienced applicant to be appointed. However, if there is a top vacancy in the Hospital and the existing personnel apply, the person with the most experience within the hospital workforce is always given priority.

The qualification that the Hospital always looks at first is the experience. Candidates with the highest experience typically have high chances of securing the job. The knowledge that is ever needed in most cases is of at least three years. Creativity and the ability to innovate something unique is another vital qualification they look for in applicants during the interview process. The other capabilities that are always considered include teamwork, effective communication with the patients, and self-discipline. Communication is still being emphasized as it is what would help determine if the selected candidates can effectively communicate with the clients and assist them as demanded by the management. Therefore, it automatically points out that for one to apply and be shortlisted for an interview, they must be creative, innovative, experienced and learned, effective communicator, team builder, hard-working and disciplined (Yacob, Saruwono & Ismail, 2018).

The employees who work in this Hospital are found to be very disciplined with time. Are obedient hence can be relied upon at any time to report to work. It is this that has made the hospitals save many lives compared to others. The employees have also been encouraged to work in teams, which has enabled them to attain success in most cases. As for the communication bit, the company has always ensured that they employ those who come from the community, and this has enhanced the communication making the patients get the medical prescriptions and follow them because the employees converse at a time with them in their local dialect.

The culture created in the Hospital is that if effective service to the people and it is because of the codes of conduct that the employees have and the terms of the contract given to them at hiring (Ucar, 2018). In most case, the company always demand that the employees be liberal thinkers. It is a culture that the management instills in them to become free to come up with new constructive ideas that can quickly bring changes in the hospital operations, being that the administration believes and fosters creativity, innovation, and change in its operations.

Ideal Background and Experience Needed for Company Leaders to Foster Creative and Innovative Culture.

The success of any company is determined by the kind of leaders it has. It thus points out that the leaders must be determined, innovative, and hard-working. Human health being delicate and vital, the leaders in any health center needs to have more experience than the other works. In the Hospital in question, the management board is made up of leaders who are all surgeons. It is a panel made of determined, skilled, experienced, and intelligent persons (Yacob, Saruwono & Ismail, 2018). They are all bound by oath to serve and ensure that they deliver their very best to the people. It thus makes them easily foster and nurture innovation and creativity culture in their workplace. The experience these managers are needed to have is a minimum of six years. The surgeons must have handled over a thousand surgeries successfully. Again, they must also understand human issues and measures that can be taken to salvage the lives of those under their care. To create an innovative and creative culture for the other workers, the management board must work as a team, respect each other, and be disciplined.

Leadership Qualities and Characteristics

The central leadership qualities that the leaders of the health center ought to have are integrity and self-awareness (Yacob, Saruwono & Ismail, 2018). Integrity is efficient and essential for the leaders to help them make the right decisions and judgments. On the other hand, communication will help them effectively relate with the patients to aid in diagnosing and prescribing the right drug. The characteristics they must have is being understanding, team players, and accommodative. The ability to empathize with the workers will enable them to develop workers to be free in communicating with them, thus fostering creativity and innovation in them. As a team builder, they will be expected to help the workers accomplish some of the tasks as desired on time. All these qualities and characteristics are what the interviewing panel always looks at the applicants before granting them the job. The management leaders must therefore possess all these qualities.

Ideal Organization Culture

Human interaction brings about creativity and innovation. It is this that makes the management emphasize teamwork. The management encourages collaboration and discussions in virtually all activities of the workers. It is this that makes all employees to be held accountable for every mistake experienced. Teamwork enables the workers to discuss and develop new ideas, thus fostering the innovation and creativity demanded in the medical field (Tian et al, 2018). Teamwork also gives the workers free to express themselves, enabling them to develop ideas and proposals that can help the management save a life if applied.

Through teamwork again, the management obtains assistance in developing codes of conduct that help in modeling the workers in the form that is desired. The employees' involvement in developing the codes of conduct makes them feel valued and appreciated, hence minimizing the instances of protest, demonstrations, and riots. The workers also feel that they are progressing and offer their skills with a lot of passion (Tian et al, 2018). This again makes them give out their best to impress the management, thus coming up with innovations and creative arts.
