Project Overview

The ABC Company is planning to engage in a philanthropic coalition that will help the surrounding community and society to eliminate the various social problems they are currently facing. It will involve supporting projects from which the overall society will benefit like the libraries, scientific research projects, popularization of unpopular efforts by the society etc. 

i. Finalized Purpose, Scope and Objectives

The project's scope is to touch every individual who should be helped in the most basic ways in terms of health, academics, and talents all over the nation regardless of their gender, race, age as long as they are willing to show that when given the help they can improve. The scope is beyond limits since the company plans to make the project last for as long as it is present.

The major purpose of the project is to help society in fighting poverty. The project intends to make the members of the society financially stable and economically secure through proper health services, nurturing and promotion of talents, and supporting community projects that are entrepreneurship oriented and income-generating while providing employments time. 

The objectives of the project include: 

  • To support individuals who are beneficial to society, like doctors, to acquire more training in the major areas and lagging medicine areas.

  • To provide scholarships to university students pursuing medical sciences.

  • To empower the community through community foundations.

  • To create social enterprises in the community to realize affordable living.

ii. Project deliverables: The project can deliver the scholarships for varsity students and the medical specialists initially. After which, the rest of the objectives will be rolled out simultaneously.

iii. Project organization: The project has been organized into various activities that are time bound. A team has been formulated to execute the objectives of the project. They include the HR, finance, research, IT, managerial, logistics and procurement departments.
