Business Ethics And Social Responsibilities 2000 words Please read through all my requirement before accepting. Thanks.

Changes to be made

  1. Please divide the word count appropriately
change: roughly 340 words for each part (Because marks will be given accordingly)

  1. For description of the case
change: You should be emphasizing more about the case – I don’t see that you are talking about the case

  2. Evaluation of the case

Since you have chosen unethical

Change:

  • Libertarianism and Utilitarianism are not suitable they are more on the ethical side

  • Libertarianism – this argues that employer agree paying this amount and the maid agrees to work for it, she has the freewill after the contract ends (Which is ethical)

  • Utilitarianism – they decided that they come here with their own benefits (support their home, they can go home after the contract) – cost and benefit analysis

Unethical

  • You should be using Kantian Ethics (Kantianism) and Prima Facie Duty

  • Kantianism – use humanity principle (u must treat people equally with respect)

Treating maid with abuse is unethical.

  • Prima Facie Duty (Duty of nonmaleficence) - We have a stronger duty not to violate people’s rights and not to injure them than to assist people or promote their well-being

After using 2 normative theory to support your moral judgement (You don’t need to talk about the weakness about the 2 normative theory).

Instead argue why ethical is weak in this case. Talk about the weakness for ethical – such as the limitations of ethical (Normative theory: - Limitations of Libertarianism and Utilitarianism)

Please include appropriate citations for each theory.

  1. I randomly searched and found inside EBSCOhost with appropriate keywords (e.g. domestic maids, domestic workers, foreign maids, sweatshops conditions, "specific normative theory" etc).
