Introduction

This is paragraph to introduce the paper. The paper should be 12-point font, Times New Roman font, and have 1-inch margins.

Conflict/Problem/Decision Description

The first paragraph will describe a situation that you experienced personally at the internship. This can include a time that you got frustrated working on a specific project, by the job, or with a customer. It could also be a big decision you have made during the internship.

The second paragraph will explain a situation that you witnessed or heard about from your supervisor that they experienced. This can include a time they had to deal with upset fans, player's issues, or scheduling conflicts due to COVID. If you have not witnessed any of these then can meet with your supervisor and interview them about some of the difficult decisions that they have had to make or conflicts they experienced.

The third paragraph will be explaining a situation that the company experienced. COVID has been a popular response here but it can be any conflict, issue, or decision that has had a lasting impact on the organization you are working for. Again, you can talk with your supervisor to get more insight if you need to.
