I need a response for the attached questions and my topic is Toxic leadership coming from supervisors and mangers and the treatment of the employees.

My topic is: Toxic leadership coming from supervisors and managers and the treatment of the employees.

My response A:

There are several reasons why one’s research should provide additional knowledge to academic and professional disciplines. First, doing research is done to increase knowledge and better learning. Research helps to provide people with skills and knowledge to improve their everyday lives and survive in challenging situations. Second, research is essential for increasing public awareness and current issues in society. Currently, numerous research gaps exist that may affect the professional and business fields.

However, through comprehensive research, people become aware of these gaps and understand realistic ways to address them. An example is the increasing issue of poor management and how it affects employees psychologically, which is an under-researched area (Zarah, 2010).
Third, research helps to support the truth and disapproving lies that may exist in the professional sector.

Currently, there are fake news, propaganda, and research bias in the educational sector that can only be disapproved through systematic and comprehensive research. Fourth, research writing improves the professional sector by increasing the love for reading, sharing information, and analyzing data. Remember that people today are more inclined to use social media than reading; however, people can transform their thoughts and gain critical thinking skills by writing research. Additionally, research writing will help in sharing information for broader understanding (Zarah, 2010).

Her response,

Great insights. Let's take a look at the learning outcomes for the session and do some personal reflection.

How is contextualizing your study going?

What about conducting and documenting the literature review?

Also, you made a plan - have you implemented it yet? If yes, how is is going? If no, what steps will you take to implement it?
