PART A: Formulate a Research Problem a related Research Topic and Research Question based on any legal issue, concept or phenomenon.
PART B: Based on the Research Topic created, prepare and submit a Literature Review.
Note:
Students are not required to collect data from vulnerable individuals (children, the elderly, wards of the state/prisoners, members of the LGBTQI Community, members of the disabled community, persons living with HIV/AIDS etc.) by means of interviews, questionnaires, focus groups or other methods of data collection.
