CLC-SWOT Matrix, BCG Matrix, and IE Matrix

Shahrah’s part:

The SWOT Matrix is a method that may be used to determine internal strengths and weaknesses. When dealing with a group of people, when the goal is to identify the group's strengths and weaknesses, this matrix comes in handy. The BCG Matrix, the IE Matrix, and the analysis are all variations of the SWOT Matrix. The matrix's vertical axis shows the group's strengths and weaknesses, while the horizontal axis shows possibilities and dangers. The SWOT Matrix, BCG Matrix, and IE Matrix are three frameworks for examining a situation and determining what can be done to improve it. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and dangers are frequently identified using this method in business. The SWOT Matrix is a technique for making decisions based on limited data. It's frequently used to determine a company's or organization's internal strengths and weaknesses.

The SWOT strategic analysis model is a basic approach of looking at a corporation to understand where it is, where it wants to go, and how to get there. The model is frequently used in conjunction with the more complicated models established by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Internationale Erwin E. Steinhauer (IE), which take a more in-depth look at a firm. The SWOT, BCG, IE, and PEST are the four cornerstones of the strategic analysis framework. Internal, external, operational, and technological are the four components of the SWOT analysis. Below is the table (Table 1) that shows the SWOT we developed for Netflix. This table shows SO Strategies, ST Strategies, WO Strategies and WT Strategies.
