Young adults, like college students and regular employees, would be either a primary or overall factor into the age group of people who purchase coffee products. Due to this assumption, targeting this age group would prove vital towards the brand’s reputation and further progression.

Our competitive strategy follows a more focused path rather a broader one. Firms like us who utilize focus strategies look for distinct groups who have been overlooked by our competitors. A more focus strategy enables us to marshal limited resources to pertain to the customers’ satisfaction.

Since we are new, our finances are minimal. Having customers be able to afford our products, making it more enjoyable and high-end coffee for a low budget. As a staff executive, we won’t have to worry about high-risk investments, overspending on supplies, and distribution would be at low cost. In a lower cost environment, a reduction in labor cost for supervision, outsourcing, and work design would be useful.
