Good afternoon, This request is for Dr. Frank and I am proposing 40.00 if he will accept and if it can be done by tomorrow night please? It's just a few questions.

THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

A conceptual framework is the visual or written representation of potential relationships between the study's variables. At the same time, the variables are the traits or characteristics of the research. The conceptual framework details are normally from the literature review of theories and studies related to topic being researched. The conceptual framework, helps the reader to understand the potential relationship between concepts related to real-world problems. However, the conceptual framework should be simple and graphically represented whenever possible.

To develop a conceptual framework, one must understand the theories, variables, and concepts related to the research's literature review. For example, when a researcher wants to understand the relationship between the number of hours studied and the student's score. Literature should be reviewed to understand the relationship between the variables (number of hours and student's score. The number of hours studied will be the expected cause of the dependent variable, while the score during an examination with the expected effect or the dependent variable. The cause and effect from the literature review will mean that the number of hours studied may determine the total student's score. Below is a conceptual model with dependent and independent variables.

Independent variable

Dependent variable

Hours of study

The score

For my dissertation, the topic is how toxic leadership may affect employee performance. From the literature review, we found numerous styles of leadership that may be applied in a firm, including transactional, transformation, autocracy, etc. Therefore, these leaders are all associated with negative or positive effects on the followers. For example, transformational leadership normally encourages employees to teamwork, be creative and responsible; however, autocratic leaders normally make all decisions and do not adhere to employee input, making the employees less satisfied.

The independent variable for the research is toxic leadership which is also the expected cause of poor employee satisfaction when working. While the dependent variable is employee satisfaction which is also the expected effect or response after the predictor variable. Therefore the model of my conceptual framework will appear as follows

Independent variable

Dependent variable

Toxic leadership

The employee satisfaction

The conceptual framework will inform my research since it will help me identify what I know, value, and care about before engaging in the data collection process. The framework will provide me with further details on the essential research aspects and then connect with them during the entire process. Additionally, the conceptual framework will help know essential research variables and understand their relationships before collecting data.
