Is Dairy Really Bad?

Write an introduction by using just a couple sentences. The consumption of dairy and some dairy products has been thought to benefit the body in many ways. Most scholars have proven that dairy products such as cow's milk are a rich source of proteins, Vitamin D, and calcium (Polzonetti et al., 2020). As a protein, dairy and dairy products have been linked to helping kids grow and in body-building. As a rich source of calcium, dairy and some dairy products have been linked to helping both children and adults build and maintain strong bones (Polzonetti et al., 2020). Maintaining the correct dietary calcium-phosphate balance can lead to a better life which is very important in reducing the risk of osteoporosis. A meta-analysis published in 217 involving 29 cohort studies found no association between the consumption of most dairy products and cardiovascular disease (Guo et al., 2017). This way, consuming dairy is linked to causing the body many benefits, and dairy is really good for the body.

On the contrary, some studies have established that dairy the consumption revise sentence grammar of dairy and dairy products could be really bad for the body. Milk and other dairy products have been considered to be rich sources of saturated fats in the American diet and thus contributing to health care complications such as type II diabetes, cardiovascular or heart diseases, cancers, metabolic syndrome, and Alzheimer’s disease (Abdoul-Aziz et al., 2021). Saturated fats and cholesterol in dairy and dairy products such as cheese are widely known to cause clogging of the arteries which increases the risk of developing heart disease. Some other studies have even linked dairy to an increased risk of developing some types of cancers such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancer (Aune et al., 2015; Fraser et al., 2020). Additionally, another study involving a sample of more than 96,000 people established that the more milk men consumed as teenagers, the more bone fractures they experienced as adults (Feskanich et al., 2014). These findings indicate that dairy is really bad and could negatively affect one’s health outcomes. Add a small conclusion. This will close your thoughts. Maybe point our major findings and make recommendations.
