Hello, See the attached.

Informative Presentation

Start Assignment

  • Due Sep 28 by 11:59pm

Objective

Research, prepare, and record an informative presentation, including visual aids, about any business-related topic that interests you. Assume you're an expert called in to explain some aspect of the topic to an interested audience. Because your time is limited, ensure the scope of your topic is narrow enough to address completely in the time allotted. If you have any questions about the suitability of your topic, please contact your instructor.

Guidelines

Please observe the following guidelines:

  • Limit your presentation to a maximum of eight (8) minutes in length.

  • Incorporate at least two (2) information sources.

  • In your introduction, you are permitted to make up any details necessary to establish your credibility (e.g., "I'm Rob Peterson and I've worked as an advertising account executive for 25 years").

  • Prepare your visual aids using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or an online presentation tool such as Prezi.

    • After your title slide, include an "Agenda" slide that previews your main ideas and serves as a roadmap for the audience. You should display this slide at the end of your introduction.

    • Include a "References" slide as your last slide and cite at least two information sources using APA style (Links to an external site.). Also, include in-text citations in the body of your presentation.

  • Include both your head/upper body and visual aids in the presentation recording.

  • Record your presentation continuously from beginning to end—pausing and restarting in the middle is not allowed. Editing your recording also is not allowed.

  • At the end of your presentation, briefly display your "References" slide before stopping your recording.
