Students will investigate an area or topic in Health Information Systems and present in
class a seminar/term paper that will reflect current practices, issues, and challenges in this
area. The details of this will be explained in class.
What to do?
Research different research papers based on the topic you have selected.
Prepare a term paper based on the following format:

Number of Pages: 15 - 25 pages (you can use more pages depending on topic)

Your report should include the following as appropriate for your topic:

Motivation/Research Purpose/Why your Topic is Important
Literature Review - Concepts, past, current literature
Issues/Problems/Challenges
Solutions, trends and advances (recent/future technological solutions)
Suggestions and Contributions
Ethical Consideration, Risks and Benefits
Strength and Limitations of Study
References (APA)
Research different contemporary topics in Health Information Systems.

You can also do google search.
Identify a topic of interest your group will want to present seminar on.
Provide a list of some of the references (materials you want to consult or will be using for your term paper/seminar presentation.
