Abstract

Strategic development and execution are significant aspects of the success of an organization as they allow the business to determine the roles they are to implement, thus putting them ahead of their competitors. With strategic development and execution, it is possible to implement ideas in the shortest time possible in the business environment, thus meeting the customer’s needs. With the proper resources, tools, and team members, it is possible to accomplish any program and project while meeting the target goals. This paper will focus on exploring the role of strategic development and execution in the success of an organization with the learning objectives learned in the course.

Introduction

The success and development of an organization depend on the ability of the management team of an organization to develop and execute effective business strategies. For strategic development and execution to be implemented in an organization, the management of an organization needs to use a systematic approach that will allow it to address the challenges and opportunities that are to be faced by an organization. Strategic development and execution need to be aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals, thus allowing stakeholders to identify changes and positively consider the organization’s products in the market. (Miemczyk et al. 2016)

Literature review

The literature review of this research paper will be crucial as it will focus on exploring the existing research on strategic development and execution to justify how strategic development and execution have helped businesses positively.
