Eastern Mass expansion (EME) aim to growth the business by evaluating market expansion into new geographic region. The forecast for East of Mississippi demand is 7.6 million (62%) increase over existing market. To stay completive, EME will seek to increase its capacity, add potential districts and new plant.

With the experience in the Western region, there is a great opportunity for business growth and implementing sustainable supply chain.

Our strategy is to increase the sale by 50% the next five years. reducing velocity through supply chain, increase customer satisfaction. The actual system does not enable the process. The new expansion will increase the fill rate, production capacity.
