Simulation participants create two columns or headings and identify positive actions (alpha) and decisions in the first column and things that could be done better or differently (delta) in the second column. This allows for the identification of performance gaps. The third column (gamma) is designed to identify ways to minimize performance gaps. The method is easily accomplished by a single participant or by many. A debriefing facilitator can be present, or the individuals/team members can use the method without a facilitator.
