I considered that I have multiple strengths such as: idealization, negotiation, team building, persuasion, and others in the marketplace. I also have many personal strengths such as: ambitious, disciplined, decisive, independent, and friendly.

How has your major prepared you for life?

During college, I feel that I was prepared to face real life situations. Difficult class such as Business and Strategy had help me in my critical thinking and how to solve complex jobs.

What were the major problems and decisions faced by this group?

I believe the major problems faced by this group is the financial situation. Many of them had a hard time saving money. Also, they had a rough time in terms of spending money. For instance, having a 100% used of their credit cards causing them a poor credit score.

How did the first job search go?


It was hard for them to find a job due to lack of experience. Also, any of them had finished or started college yet since this it made them apply for manufacturing jobs.
