Abstract

This exploratory study aims to investigate if beneficial restorative programs are sufficient to reduce recidivism and bring juvenile offenders back into the legal system. This study's motivation arises from ongoing concerns about the high rates of reoffending among juvenile offenders and the need for supporting equity regulations to provide a potential alternative for conventional reformatory tactics. In criminal science, helpful equity is an emerging concept that emphasizes the significance of restoring injustice and fostering empathy and accountability. Regardless, its impact on juvenile offenders, who often have unique needs and circumstances, remains an unexplored area in subjective research. This study aims to fill this disparity by examining the experiences of juvenile offenders who took part in implementing equity programs and the perspectives of important all parties involved, such as victims, law enforcement, and program facilitators.

To do this examination, subjective techniques will be utilized, remembering profundity interviews with juvenile offenders who have finished a supportive program, as well as center gatherings with victims, law enforcement, and program facilitators. The topical examination will be utilized to identify typical subjects and case studies in the data, providing insights into the potential benefits and limitations of helpful equity in regards to adolescents rehabilitation. The results of this research will broaden the range of information in the field by providing new perspectives on how supporting equitable programs might be used to provide more sympathetic and workable approaches to dealing with juvenile offenders.
