Discuss how you think your theory can be applied where you currently work or in a position you would like to hold in the future.

Transformational leadership is an element of my vision for the future position as a leader. My objective is to become a senior manager or director, and in this job one has to create an innovative work atmosphere where team approaches are encouraged while there is continuous improvement. Transcending the boundaries and proactively engaging change, teams will be led by transformational leadership principles to possess a shared vision (Klaic et al., 2020). Individualized mentoring would enable team members to achieve their full potential and gain a sense of ownership for the project. In addition, through advocating transparency and freedom of communication I would seek to encourage a culture of inclusivity where different views are appreciated for their contribution toward organizational success. In other words, transformational leadership conforms with my understanding of the concept that involves talent development, organizational excellence and strategic growth.

Discuss how your theory can be applied to improve organizational behavior and increase corporate diversity.

Transformational leadership theory implementation can radically change organizational behavior and make the environment much more diverse. This leadership model, which involves individualized consideration and idealized influence is one that encourages differences. Leaders practicing transformational leadership foster open communication to promote recognition and acceptance of the unique view from a diverse workforce (Li et al., 2019). Based on this theory, the shared vision and sense of unity provided by organizational culture are promoted in a positive way. Moreover, transformational leadership encourages lifelong learning and improvement that enables employees to be at their best in every situation. Such practices result in improved teamwork, lowered conflicts and even better employee involvement a culture where diversity is no longer acceptable but an aspect that people fully appreciate because of its contribution to innovation as well as success.

  • How does the implementation of transformational leadership practices impact organizational performance and employee satisfaction across different industries, considering variations in organizational cultures and structures?

  • What role does the leader's authenticity play in the effectiveness of transformational leadership, and how does it influence employee trust, commitment, and willingness to embrace organizational change?
