  1. Business

In your final journal for this course, you will discuss entrepreneurship and organizational behavior.

First, describe the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial mindset.

Next, define organizational behavior in your own words. Identify how a manager’s entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge of organizational behavior can lead to an organization’s success.

Your journal should consist of a minimum of three well-constructed paragraphs. Sources used, if any, should be listed and formatted in APA.

  1. Management

Part 1: Course Reflection

Throughout the course, you learned multiple topics on management principles. For your last journal, you will choose three of your favorite managerial lessons from anywhere in the course and explain how you may apply each in your career endeavor. What opportunities do you see for future learning and growth?

Part 2: Competitive Versus Collaborative

Identify the similarities and differences of competitiveness and collaboration in a global economy. If you were starting a small business, would you take a competitive or collaborative approach? Why?

Your completed journal must be at least two pages in length. Submit Parts 1 and 2 within one document and label each part. For Part 2, include at least one outside source. No sources are required for Part 1. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment.

  1. Accounting

If you were the accountant at your current (or former) place of employment, would you prefer to use static or flexible budgeting? Explain your rationale and the factors that drive your choice.

Your journal entry must be at least 200 words in length and at least one source from the CSU Online Library should be used. Adhere to APA format when creating citations and references for this journal assignment.

  1. Ethics

As we have learned by examining various contemporary issues, ethics are a mix of opinion and fact. Where you fall on a topic is of course, up to you (opinion). Whether, for example, a belief is consistent depends on the definition of consistency (fact or critical thinking element). When dealing with an ethical problem, the idea is to use both to arrive at the best conclusion to determine the best course of action. Keeping this information in mind, please fully address parts I & II below to complete the final journal for this class.

Part I: As you know, humans can never be 100% unbiased. Does this mean criminals sentenced to death by a jury or judge do not get a fair trial? Explain your answer.

Part II: Can you put a price on human life? Is it consistent to believe life is priceless and condone capital punishment at the same time? Explain your answers.

Your journal entry must be at least 400 words (200 words for each part) in length. No references or citations are necessary.
