The pivot chart above can be used to show the relationship between the four variables. Based on the results, commitment is the most valuable variable compared to the rest since most employees reported being highly committed to their workplaces. Intrinsic factors were the second most valuable, while extrinsic factors were the least valuable. The information could be used by the organization to increase the extrinsic factors, which will increase the satisfaction levels. (Legault, 2020).

Based on the analysis above, there is a relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic valuables on the organizational commitment. This means that when managements invest in their employee's happiness, productivity is relatively high. According to the IBIS world information, commitment and satisfaction increase as companies provide rewards and incentives to their employees. Therefore, the organization should invest in promotions and recognizing productive workers, which will be transformed into productivity. (Ryan & Deci, 2020). As companies prioritize the engagement and satisfaction of workers, their productivity will increase relatively.

Conclusion

Increased job satisfaction in organizations is essential to boost employee productivity. Management should prioritize programs that give opportunities and happiness to the workers. For example, recognition and promotions could help retain productive employees, boosting productivity.
