  2. Describe a health care situation where a communication barrier was present. This can come from your professional or personal experience, or from the literature

  3. Relate the situation to one of the CLAS standards

  4. Describe how the issue could be successfully addressed

  5. This assignment will be graded using the Reflective Learning Journal Rubric
