Activity C (slide 45-46)

Go to the plagiarism test at the URL noted in the Mod4 PowerPoint. Complete each of the 5 tutorials and take the specified certification test.

  • Provide all elements of the certification you received after you successfully pass the test. If you did not pass after your 3rd attempt, that’s okay, provide a screenshot* to demonstrate feedback you received from that attempt.

Then address the following points in one clear, coherent, well-written paragraph (practice your grammar and mechanics!)

  • Reflect on your experience with the test. What did you miss? Why do you think you missed it? What was easy for you to remember in terms of correct citations?

  • Considering what you’ve learned about plagiarism and paraphrasing, what areas are most challenging for you and that you think you’ll need to work on most during your graduate program?
