SILENCE, TAMPERING & THREATS

  1. Alleging in August 2024, Walter James Artis Jr., received a threatening handwritten letter without a stamped U.S. Mail envelope and handwritten with derogatory threatening comments belittling him. The harassing handwritten letter was delivered by Officer Allen. The letter focused on threats about his rights and his personal decision to go to trial.


  1. On September 15, 2024, Officer Christian Reese who works on 2nd Shift at the Peoria, County Jail. Alleging and according to Walter James Artis Jr., he received around 2: 00 p.m., a personal visit from Officer Christian Reese a computer typed letter that was threatening and caused Walter to have great fear of being targeted. This can be serious damage to an inmate mental health and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

  2. Alleging the letters referenced him doing the right thing by taking a plea deal with derogatory and threats.

Attorney Dana Kelly Donachen, signed a legal contract to represent Walter James Artis Jr., in the family court from signing to finish and abandon her duties and obligations. The purpose of her abandoning Walter James Artis Jr., family law court case that she referenced to him as misrepresenting because he wasn’t going to win anyways. This is a fact that she knew before signing the contract to represent him and taking payments. Judge Curtis allowed his attorney Dana Kelly Donachen to abandon the contract and that left Walther James Artis underrepresented and as a pro se victim clueless to the family law. Ms. Artis is requesting a full refund and for the State Bar to investigate attorney Dana Kelly Donachen actions and misconduct.
