RE: Motion For Misconduct
Attorney Dana Kelly Donachen, Bar No. 6224982
Attorney Dana Kelly Donachen, signed a legal contract to represent Walter James Artis Jr., in the family court from signing to finish and abandon her duties and obligations. The purpose of her abandoning Walter James Artis Jr., family law court case that she referenced to him as misrepresenting because he wasn’t going to win anyways. This is a fact that she knew before signing the contract to represent him and taking payments. Ms. Artis is requesting a full refund and for the State Bar to investigate attorney Dana Kelly Donachen actions and misconduct.
