The histogram (Table 1) shows that the survey data are negatively skewed, as most patients selected an average or above satisfactory rating. Only one patient rated the services received as 1 out of 10, as shown in the illustration above. This implies that 1 out of 10 scores is an outlier.

The frequency table above (Table 2) shows that of all the 31 patients who took the survey to determine patient satisfaction, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 representing the lowest and 10 the highest, only one patient was completely dissatisfied. Three patients rated the services offered 2 out of 10, while three other patients rated the service 3 out of 10. Five of the 31 patients rated the services 4 out of 10. The rest of the patients rated the services above average, with 7 giving it an average rating and 6 rating it 6 out of 10. 7 out of 10 was the highest given by the remaining 6 patients. The average rating was the most selected, making it the modal rating.
