Your plan should include:

Implementation plan for recommended optimizations
Performance monitoring framework to ensure optimizations do not negatively impact performance
ROI analysis for your recommendations

Their current monthly cloud spending has increased 150% over the past year, but revenue has only increased 75%. They need to optimize costs while maintaining performance during peak shopping periods.
