My charisma is sort of in the middle, but I consider myself having high charisma. The reason why I consider myself like that is because I am more comfortable thinking of the specific, and me as a leader I have to know the idea or a project in a specific way. As well as talking with people in a logical way, make them feel that the person who is talking is not narrow minded. After all of that, the insight disagree with me about all of the above. On other hand, asking why are we doing this, because make the employee or managers think that they will be asked for any details. Also, communicating with the managers or employee through one-page chart, shows me if they able to read between lines and do the work correctly even I did not explain everything. Therefore, it is better if you think out of the box, so that why I like to suggest to have a solution in new way or other way. I do not believe that the person can develop his or her charisma. For example, if you are the leader, how can you became more comfortable thinking in a general way? That’s only one of the reasons why I believe that the charisma cannot be developed.
