Leadership styles shift from individual to individual depending upon how they give guidance, actualize arranges, and motivate individuals. In each aspect of business, from universal saving money to your nearby corner store, leadership styles influence the temperament and work process. My relative emphasis is kind of both T and P, that leave me with using both of the orientation depend on the situation. For example, I like to take charge of what should be done in a project and how to do it. I disagree with the insight that says in this point when you answer mostly true, you are task orientated. I believe that taking charge of a project or any salutation, that leave you being a people orientated because you would do it in your way and within the time you want. It is hard to stay away and depend on the people who are working for me. Even though, I hire managers or project supervisor, I still taking charge of any of that. Being general with your employee, make the job slower. Instead of being general, you should be more in details with people who are working for you. This part is really important in my opinion, because the employee will feel that if the leader keep telling us about the visitor coming or any event that will occur or any small details, they will feel as a part of the company success and not just regular employee. On other hand, asking the feedback from your people about idea or solution is highly needed. Sometime the person cannot recognize what they are doing, so the feedback might change the person or help him or her to identify their mistakes and fix them. Giving the employee the pace while they are working make the work slow, because there is not deadline. After all of that, I prefer being people oriented and I do believe that it is fit on my personality as I mention in the past insight that I rather being specific than being general. So I consider myself people oriented.
