To be a good leader you have to distinguish your weaknesses and strengths points. Going through these questions, I found out that many features match my characteristics. Keep sharing daily information with members is very important and can increase the work quality. Doing things in my own way is not good enough because working as a team is more creative even if I choose the final decision regarding the team thoughts. Well, introducing any hired member is very necessary to break the ice and feel more comfortable to work with the whole team. A successful leader needs to make his team members count on themselves in his absence which is describes how strong is their confidence. Working with people from different cultures is interesting and being a flexible leader can produce more different information from different culture which can increase the intellectual variety. People from different culture speak English language in their ways which is more entertaining. As well as communicating face to face is the best information connection. To sum up, confidence, daily sharing information, taking the responsibility, and trying very hard to be comfortable using different communication ways are very great characteristic that shows the leader’s strengths. On the other hand, each team leader has his own weaknesses. Regarding on the questions, I found out that I prefer using face to face communication more than electronics. To be a successful leader, I need to work hard to improve my electronic communication.
