Behavioral management theory

There ars a number of theories applied effecting management in different organizations . A fundamental principled theory applied in management is behavioral management theory. It is important to note, behavioral management theory is also referred to as the human relations movement, because it addresses the human dimension of work (Mazurowska, 2014).

Behavioral theorists share a common belief. Their approach reflects proper understandings of human behavior in the work environment, such as conflict, motivation, expectation, improved productivity, and group dynamics. The chosen articles explain how behavioral management theory applies to different settings, and how its application may be of use to a number of individuals who operate in different managerial settings (de Carvalho & Junior, 2015). The choice of topic is appropriate, because the application has been examined, which brings close and effective understanding of the theory. The management of an organizations duty is to learn how to apply behavior management theory within the company, which directly benefits management, and employees .

Deconstruction One

Each organization approaches management theories in different manners, and for distinctive purposes that fits the culture of their work place environment. For purposes of this assignment, a deconstruction of two articles is performed each discussing different management theories. The information discussed in the first project provides the title impact of Risk Management on Project Performance, and the Impact of Soft Skills was written in 2015 by authors, Marly Monteiro de Carvalho, and Roque Rabechini Junior. The second written piece discusses the Role of Behavioral Research in Management Accounting, and was written by Marta Mazurowska in 2014. The information is designed based on relevant research methods, critical and independent thinking, and willingness to understand the nature of the authors’ viewpoints of behavior management theory .

Methodology

Methodology examines research information reader’s needs to judge the study’s validity. Clear and precise details provide rationale, and specific experimental procedures, which are crucial aspects of scientific writing. A number of methods are used by researchers in the role of behavioral research management. Researchers provided critical analysis of domestic and international literature in economic sciences as a source of data needed to provide appropriate results for their objectives (Mazurowska, 2014).

De Carvalho and Junior (2015) distinctly applied a number of methods in collecting and analyzing appropriate data. Methods used by the researchers to collect data included conducting various interviews and surveys. Again, it is important to note the researchers applied real-life experiences as they collected research data. For data analysis, the researchers used a number of models, which translated data, and assisted learners to interpret information effectively. The study involved a survey sample size of two hundred and sixty-three individuals who provided opinions related to the subject.

Results

An assortment of findings was produced concerning the subject of study. The role of behavioral research in management accounting research explains how behavioral accounting offers significant and valuable perspective tools used in the accounting process. Additionally, researchers discovered the process of maintaining an important role of accounting, as a source of data for economic decision-making, calls for changes (de Carvalho & Junior, 2015). Research findings include understanding personal behavior as an important factor in the process of promoting organizational activities, and enhancing performance. According to Mazurowska (2014), as long as people are developing their communities, it is important to understand their behaviors will greatly influence organizational functions.

Research from the second article involved results produced from collected samples. The information notates how a large number of research manuscripts disregard soft skills, and present research was designed to assist with filling research gaps (de Carvalho & Junior, 2015). According to Mazurowska (2014), structural model offers a means of correlating risk management with project success, and understanding the process of moderating the effect of project complexity. The application model is effective in assisting management with effective leadership methods .

Conclusion

Deconstructing each researcher’s literary presentation features different theory applications. Information in the first piece researchers conclude the development model presented supported the subject of study. Research objectives provide teaching approaches using models and theories, which assist with understanding, analyzing, and solving problems.

I am not seeing the second part of the assignment:

Provide a written statement of approximately 200-250 words which includes:

  1. Your rationale why the topic would be appropriate to research and to submit for acceptance to an academic conference presentation.

  2. Identification of an appropriate conference you would consider submitting the research to for presentation and justify why you selected the particular conference.

Global Management Theory

Global management theory identifies methods of how management should operate within an organization. Global management theory experts provide explanations based on experiences of management in certain organizations. Global management theories are used as productive tools, which promotes employee efficiency and effectiveness. Each theory offers its own explanation, and application process.

Global management theory is a widely discussed application process, and applied specifically in organizational settings. Researchers provided clear and concise global management theory information, and beneficial viewpoints of its value to an organization. A management teams adopted global management theory promotes the importance of innovation within the organization.

Deconstruction Two

Management models and theories maintained in an organization determine the cultural precedence of the organization. Researchers produced a number of global management models based on narratives of different levels of management to accomplish poignant and creative operational themes (Jones, Donaldson, Freeman, Harrison, Leana, Mahoney & Pearce, 2016).

Two manuscripts are examined, and the breakdown involves deconstructing narratives, which discuss global management theory. Philosophical Foundations of Management furthers the importance of innovation, and was written in 2016, by Jean Joullie. Management Theory and Social Welfare, Contributions and Challenges emphasizes social and economic objectives organizations perceive, was authored by Thomas Jones, Thomas Donaldson, E. Freeman, S. Harrison, R. Leana, T. Mahoney, and L. Pearce, in 2016.

Methodology

Methodology advocates researched objectives conducted by scholars, and applied methods of collecting effective data and appropriate information (Joullié, 2016). Examination of the first composition, considers researchers use of the surveying method to retain information for the study. Researchers reviewed fundamental themes in an attempt to provide legitimate comparison, and subject matter which align global management models in management (Jones, et al, 2016).

The next passage employed a different method of obtaining data needed in research. Researchers reviewed, and condensed an assortment of compositions to provide objectives, and varied management models. The research employed secondary data collecting and analysis methods centralized for theoretical preference. The author’s global management theory evaluation provides noteworthy philosophical viewpoints, as they bring together a level of social and psychological research theories .

Results

Research results interpret the framework, theme, and role of social welfare of global management theory, and its importance in an organization’s management operations. The fundamental principles of the information illustrate parameters which lead to improvement of economic social welfare, known as the Pareto Improvement Criterion. According to Jones, et al (2016), the process of identifying different philosophical foundations of management generally leads to an improvement in the practice of management within the organization.

Philosophy is one of the best practices, and should be used in managing different organizations. The application process leads to effective management roles within an organization.

Conclusion

In light of pedagogy precedence, as scholars we learn and erudite knowledge widened by views of peers and intellectual ambassadors. The application of appropriate theories is used in management practices. The authors presented arguments obtained from experience, erudition, and conventional wisdom. The application of different theories is necessary in the management process, and these models should be prodigiously learned, and practiced in organizations. The information obtained from sources provided appropriate global management theory concepts used to make business operations easy and effective .
