The purpose of this assignment is to provide first-hand examples of the leadership theories discussed in class. The student gains an understanding of the characteristics of various leadership theories and approaches to leadership by creating a matrix that illustrates five different leadership theories.

The student uses the Leadership Theory matrix provided and each section of the matrix is at least 350 words in length.
