Team Deliverable #4: Human Resource Plan (Week 4) Purpose : Students will learn how to develop a Human Resource Plan. As a group, you will generate a Human Resource Plan for the project your group selected in Week 1. Step 1: Preparation for Writing the Assignment Before you begin writing the paper, read the following requirements that will help you meet the writing and APA requirements. Not reading this information will lead to a lower grade. Read the grad ing rubric for the a ssignment. Use the grading rubric while writing the paper to ensure all requirements are met. Task 4: You are responsible for APA only for in -text citations and a reference list. This deliverable should include in -text citations and references that demonstrate support for why items certain elements are included in the Human Resource Plan. Task 5: You are expected to use the weekly co urse readings to develop the analy sis and suppo rt the reasoning. The expectation is that you provide a robu st use of the course readings. A ny material used from a sou rce document (including both course readings and outside materials) must be cited and referenced. The final product does not have a page limit but you want to make sure to write clearly and concisely. Follow this format. Task 2: In the LEO classroom (do not use external systems), participate in a brainstorming and collaboration session to develop a Human Resource Plan. Start this process by think ing about the work that needs to be done and what type of skills, as well as what level o f skill, the project requires. Step 4: Human Resource Requirements Generate a table that lists a name for each kind of resource (e.g., engineer, marketing manager, regulatory specialist), a description of the position, the required skills or characteristics, the primary responsibilities, and how many of the resour ce are needed. Step 5: Organizational Chart Geenrate an organizational chart that outlines the management hierarchy on the project. Step 6: Review Review the Human Resource Plan to ensure all required elements are present and correct. Step 7: Submit the plan in the Assignment Folder Have one member of the group submit to the Assignment Folder. Ensure the title page contains the names of only those students who contributed to the assignment.
