Review of the Literature

Here you will identify and explore the two-three studies that you have selected for the synthesis paper. This is sort of a smaller first draft of your literature review. Share some of the highlights of each study using the guided questions on the weekly instructions.

Subheading (Big Idea)

Organize the literature review with subheadings if appropriate.

Analysis

Analyze the different perspectives from the literature (compare and contrast). Opine these issues and discuss their implications by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your three articles. Be sure to consider what they offer you in understanding your focus area/question as well as any critiques you have of what they DO NOT do for your understanding. In other words, why does it matter?

Conclusions

State your conclusions from your reading.
