Purpose of Assignment


The Process Design and Supply Chains assignment provides students with the opportunity to look at process designs in the context of a familiar process and organization. Students begin with more high level looks at the processes as they currently exist and allows them to familiarize themselves with appropriate tools and matrices to be used in analyses. The summation provides students the opportunity to apply the concepts from process design to their own careers and personal life allowing a realistic application for the information.

The presentation consists of 14 slides and is appropriate for the audience.

The presentation includes relevant media and visual aids that are consistent with the content.
