These events are still significant today because?

The Protestant Reformation event is important as it reforms the practices and beliefs in the church especially the Roman Catholic Church. The religious aspects have been supplemented by ambitious political rulers who had the ambition of extending their power and control at the expense of the church.

What would you say is the most important result of each of your chosen events?

The major result of Martin Luther Protestant Reformation Event was the acknowledgement of the Bible as the central means to discern God and not Pope as the people perceived previously.

Alternatively Calvin accomplished to make people believe that God is completely sovereign and His grace is undeniable.

If only one of these events/individuals could have taken place/existed, I would chose. I would have chosen Calvin Protestant Reformation since it concentrated more on human logic and the situations that people were facing. The civic life of individuals was associated with the insights with regards to God and the church
