Beginning a business, an individual needs to research and concoct special thoughts to make his or her business effective and to emerge over the rest to get the consideration of the customer. A business must make a key arrangement utilizing the SWOTT examination to help direct the business in the direction they want. The consumer is continually searching for something else in business compared to different businesses in the area. A business must have a passageway to guide them along with their vision, mission, and values.

The business starting is a street style/casual clothing brand called Parvenu. The word Parvenu originated from France, which means a person from a usually a low social position who recently or suddenly become wealthy, powerful, or successful, but is not accepted by others who are wealthy, powerful, and successful (Merriam-Webster, 2014). The brand would represent not only people who have become successful on their own but also people who aspire to become successful themselves. The company at the beginning would not be a big money maker at first; it would start out designing t-shirts and then grow the brand from there, just like the meaning of the brand.

The brand would first start out as an online store and in select boutique stores in Houston. The brand would then target celebrities and socialites that emulate the brand. We would then contact them and tell them about the brand and then ask if we could send them our t-shirts at no charge, but in return, if they could post a picture of themselves on all of their social media outlets wearing our brand. This, in turn, should generate interest for people to purchase our branded t-shirts through our online store or one of our select boutique stores.

The mission statement of the business is as follows:

  • Parvenu was founded with an ambitious spirit and a lofty goal in mind: to provide a quality product that embodies a lifestyle of success, while leading the way for our future generation successors.

Business vision

Develop a Strategic Communication Plan - Create a messaging matrix for the company, each market segment, each customer demographic, partners, employees and other stakeholders. Define corporate goals and objectives.

Design & Execute Tactical Plans - Create multi-channel communication programs with consistent messaging per customer segment. Define tactical goals per program and measure effectiveness during the program.

Analyze Overall Effectiveness - On a regular basis, benchmark the impact of strategic marketing communication plans against corporate goals (Four Stages of an Integrated Marketing Communication Program, para. 2).

We want people who wear our brand to be living a testimony of success or on their way up to living a lifestyle of success. Meaning that we want our brand to showcase a culture of people that already exists, which is successful. The t-shirts will also have prices that are affordable for everyone.


A business or brand should have a code of ethics, and the employees of the company should follow the Code of Ethics. A code of ethics will help remind the employee's the importance of the customer and the company. Creating a Code of Ethics has significance to the client. At the point when a client is approached with deference, civility, and enthusiasm it makes the client accept that he or she is valued by the business. If the representative takes after the Code of Ethics, the client is more prone to return and spread the expression to others about the business. A business ought to climb over the opposition. A business needs clients to pick their business over the competition. A Code of Ethics can be changed whenever to improve things. A business dependably has an opportunity to get better. A business moral is an individual knowing the contrast in the middle of good and bad. A business can likewise add to the code of business morals what the business accepts is proper or what would profit the business. Business morals are a rule for workers to take after for everyday operations.

Social issues happen when a manager misses the mark to be morally capable. The manager's obligation is to give workers a reasonable, protected and sound, and positive work atmosphere. Moral mindful managers can help stay away from social issues, for example, prejudice, individual contentions, badgering, and inconsiderate comments. The brand will follow the strategic plan and review the plan on a monthly basis. The brand wants to keep the customers satisfied by offering a quality t-shirt line that is superior to its competitors. The mission of the business is to foster a lifestyle of success. We want our brand to stand out among the competition and to highlight the achievements of the individuals that where our t-shirts brand.

The business will remain about the customer and his or her needs and wants. The t-shirt brand will offer the unique features on its t-shirts such as the placements of the logo, so when people see our t-shirt, they'll know that person is wearing Parvenu. Our t-shirts will be made of the finest and most comfortable fabric that's currently on the market today. A suggestion email will be sent to everyone who purchases our t-shirts for comments and suggestions for the customers and employees. Each comment and suggestion are read and reviewed. We will take into account all the comments and suggestions from our customers to possibly add to our future t-shirt lines. After research of the particular boutique locations we want to be in and they way our online store will look, the competition will be very narrowed down to just a few that are currently out there.

Beginning a business requires some investment, strategy, and time. The business will take after the vision, mission, and values to make a fruitful business. Following this plan and staying on track will ensure the success of the business. Ethics will also play a huge part in the developing the business. The employees who work for the brand are expected to follow the code of ethics. The brand and t-shirts will be known as a symbol of status, which upholds a lifestyle of success.
