Project Management Plan Grading Guide

Strategic Portfolio and Project Management

Individual Assignment: Project Management Plan Purpose of Assignment

The Week 5 individual assignment brings all prior week’s work on the individual project scenario into sharp focus as the student assembles prior work into a final coherent project plan. The final assignment adds to the final project plan heretofore-undeveloped sections on project risk management and project control. The risk plan development activities remind students that the course context is the portfolio. Students are also asked to create introductory comments and to develop an executive summary, much as would be expected in a true business project context.
