    1. Strategic Issue #1 (Note – this will come from week 6)

      1. What is the issue?

      2. Why is this an issue?

        1. Recommendation (Which alternative 1, 2 or 3 and why)

          1. Implementation plan

            1. Who is the Strategy Manager?

            2. What types of communications will be required?

            3. Who has responsibility for making sure the plan is carried out?

            4. How often will communications be required? How often will the implementation need to be reviewed to make sure it is on track?

            5. Changes in the Organizational Structure that will be required

            6. Changes in the Organizational Culture that will be required

            7. Additional funding needed – and where it will come from
