Analyze the Strategic Importance of Organizational Behavior in the Role of Human Resources

Identify an organization that you are familiar with, or one that you would like to research. Based on the synthesis of your readings, write an analysis on the strategic role of human resources in creating and then sustaining an environment in which your organization will thrive.

Once you have identified the significant issues that are most meaningful, support your position by recommending how you would implement these changes into this organization by either sustaining the current state, or by initiating change to move to a more strategic future state.

Be mindful that as a leader, you will have to work within the constraints of your resources, have an eye on continuous improvement opportunities, and move your organization to a more competitive position in the global market.

Support your analysis with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your analysis should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts, and insights relating directly to this topic.
