The key stakeholders of interest

The key stakeholders in this project include those who may pose both positive and negative impacts to the project. It includes the most important people in the organization. The general manager of the team is the primary stakeholder, the employees who will be involved in the project are also the key stakeholders in the implementation of the project. Other key stakeholders include the sponsors, the appointed government officials, the business managers and the members of the community who will have an influence on the project.

Challenges to Be Faced When Working With the Stakeholders

The first challenge is the lack of stakeholder engagement. When the stakeholders or one of them is not interested, the project can be destroyed. As the project manager, it is necessary to keep communicating to all the interested parties to know who is not interested in the project and do the replacement accordingly. Secondly, some of the stakeholders may not be accountable. Lack of responsibility can lead to the failure of the project. As the project manager, it is imperative to provide direction to all the stakeholders to avoid such cases. Third, poor communication may also make the project unsuccessful. Ineffective communication can mislead all the stakeholders of the project while effective communication is important in every aspect of the project cycle. Excellent communication will increase stakeholder participation in the implementation of the project. Another problem is the financial risk. The plan of the project should be robust and receptive. Similarly, for a project to be implemented successfully, the budget of the project should be discussed, and the money acquired. The stakeholders especially the funders of the project can fail the project if they do not disburse the funds on time. Finally, the stakeholders may have impossible deadlines that will affect the whole scope of the project. This could be as a result of the financial risk discussed above (Watt, 2015).

Human Resource Roles in the Project

Human resource management plays an important part in the implementation of a project. From the viewpoint of the human resource, the project manager's duty in the planning role includes recruiting or allocating the project team, preparing the charts and other documents needed for the project, establishing an employee management plan and giving feedback that is based on the project. Project-oriented establishments employ projects and agendas to achieve the processes of the business. The human resource practices impact on the practices of the implementation of the project. Conversely, any project, including the enterprise business software application also affect the configuration of the personnel at the human resource. It is, therefore, the duty of the human resource management to define how the project will be managed by the staff and to develop a strategy under which the implementation process will be done. Other roles of the human resource include applying momentary organizations for the performance of compound procedures, managing the portfolio of the project, implementing a new management paradigm and coordinating the project team (Huemann, 2004).

Computer and Network Resources

For the enterprise business software application, the computer and network services will provide access to an extensive variety of on and off the project charter. This license of access will need the users to act in a principled manner and execute individual tasks and responsibilities. All the users will be responsible and respect the privacy and property of others. They will abide by all the rules that that will be set by these network resources. The computer and network resources will guarantee the proper use of the amenities used in the project, protect the rights of the users and provide guidelines for accountability. The system will not only apply to the computers used in the project but also to the computers attached to the network of the organization.
