Stress problems are among the most prominent and major problems that people go through. Unlike the general worries that people we deal with commonly within a day, stress refers to a condition where people become extremely sad for an extended period of time. The types of stress problems that people attain are classified according to the means through which the individuals attain the stress. A good example of a certain type of stress disorder that people experience is the post trauma stress disorder, (PTSD) (Krippner, Pitchford, & Davies 2012). PSTD is a type of disorder that people attain after they have been involved in severe injuries or other forms of psychological shock. Some however attain the shock while other people manage to exist without attaining this disorder even after they involve in similar injuries or those psychological shocks. A study of this disorder is therefore appropriate, since it will help to clarify the individuals who are likely to attain post trauma disorder and those that are not likely to attain the disorder. This work will be guided by the theme that, not all individuals attain post trauma disorder after a sever injury, since it has many other factors that contribute towards its attainment (Goulston 2013).

From my program, I will utilize four main courses as my subject matter. The first main course is Social Psychology. This refers to the study of behavior regarding individual’s socialization with others. This will help in studying an individual’s relationship with others, and means through which he or she can reduce stress. The second course is contemporary issues in psychology. This course explains about the many psychology issues that arise regularly. The other course is crisis and emergency intervention. This course will help in explaining the means through which emergency can be managed and how individuals can avoid PSTD. The last lesson is psychopathology. This course will help me to understand behavior of individuals completely and the reasons or motives behind that behavior (Stein, Friedman, & Blanco, 2011).
