Most of the learners within the HR division are new and will general knowledge of the system. Others within the team have only used the system for basic tasks and have not been exposed to the full capacity of the different systems.

Learners may be a little apprehensive at first because of the limited exposure to the system and corresponding SOPs.

The learner will be open to acquiring the skills necessary to be more proficient in their job duties. Lack of knowledge has been a huge obstacle especially to new employees.

The learner would prefer to have both lecture and hands on application using the system. There may be some resistance to using technology, but adding relevant real life scenarios for the learner to work through would help to ease resistance.

Learners want to be successful in their jobs and feel confident that they are providing the performance outcomes necessary to be a high performer. This will serve as a source of positive motivation to successfully complete the training and acquire the necessary skills.

Age ranges from 25 -50 with a variation of race, gender, and educational level. The size of the class would be 12-18.
