Over the last several weeks, I have made an effort to purchase less processed foods when I am grocery shopping for my family. As a result, I have strived to purchase foods that I can prepare organically for meals. Last week, I proudly prepared all of my lunches for the week at home so that I would not have to purchase a lunch containing processed foods! My next goal will be to decrease the amount of processed snacks I consume between meals.
