Purpose of Assignment


The Week 6 assignment revolves around the process of creating, motivating, assessing, training, and coaching a sales team. Students are challenged in this final project to create a plan that could be used either in their own small business sales force or as a manager of a sales team.

The presentation includes an assessment of the different types of sales structures that are possible for an organization. There should also be a recommendation for the best sales structure and a rationale for that decision.
