Guideline in writing the article review (Due 17/3/17)

1. Is the title clear and in accordance with what is studied?

2. Is the research problem clearly stated?

3. Are the goals and objectives clearly stated?

4. Are the research questions or hypothesis clearly stated and consistent with the objectives?

5. Does the author states the importance of the study study?

6. Are the scope and limitations of the study clearly stated?

7. Does the author provides the definition of the terms used in this study?

8. Does the literature review showed an association between previous studies and the present study? Is it current and highlights the gaps in literature?

9. What are the methods used? Is the study method effective to achieve the objectives?

10. Are the population and sampling methods described clearly?

11. What is the instrument used to collect data? Are the instruments suitable to address the research objectives of the study?

12. To what extent the validity and reliability of instruments are addressed by the author to ensure data obtainedare valid and reliable?

13. Are the data collection methods used appropriate?

14. Are methods of data analysis used in the study in accordance with the objectives of the study?

15. Is the discussion of the findings in accordance with the objectives of the study?

16. Are the conclusions appropriately written and covers all objectives of the study?
