Think about a current behavior prosocial behavior you engage in such as not texting and driving or regularly exercising. How do the four components of intention influence your decision to engage in this behavior?

The four components of intention will in influence the decision that I will make in this behavior as they will determine my discipline, help me to make wise choices and take the decision that will not harm any of the involved parties. Generally, the components will generally help me to make the best decision that will not be harmful to any individual (Dillard, James, and Shen, 2013).

If you were trying to increase college freshman’s PCB in terms of their ability to eat a healthy diet while living in the dorms, what are some strategies you would use?

One of the best strategy that could be adopted is that of involving the students leaders in the program to help them adopt to healthy diets while living in the dorms. Additionally, using social media campaigns would be effective in engaging the students to engage in health diets.

Think about your campus. What kinds of norms exist about academic dishonesty?

Academic dishonesty is regarded as one of the greatest academic crimes in the campus and any individual who engages in it is discontinued from the campus. Dishonesty is highly discouraged and any person who involves in the practice faces serious disciplinary actions.

One reason that many people in the US remain overweight is because they feel like they cannot control their weight and unhealthy eating habits. What are some things you could do to enhance their perceived behavioral control?

One of the ways that can enhance individual’s perceived behavioral control is by carrying health promotions that should focus on a general awareness among men and women regarding health diets. Through these promotions, the enhanced behavior of the consumers will be enhance significantly.
