Dear Miss Branch,

Thank you for meeting with us last week to discuss your investments and a strategy to move forward in these difficult times. We understand your concern about the loss of capitol in your retirement accounts and we hope you have reached a decision your about future investments.

We continue to encourage our clients to develop a strategy for dividing there investments between a variety of stock, bond, IRA, and other accounts. This is good advice, regardless of economics times. No one should invest more than 10 percent of their account value in only one stock. Diversity in your investments will help your account(s) to grow in value through out the year.

As we discussed on February 30, you would be wise to select stocks from the following categories; energy, consumer staples, health care, industrials, or utilities. Many of these stocks provides quarterly dividends and are expected to increase in value within.

The enclosed brochure provides information you will find of value in selecting potential investments? Please call us if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Ms. Lynn Fallgastar, general manager
