Strong Strategic Leadership Potential

Weak Strategic Leadership Potential

This self-assessment exercise is similar to the first one in Chapter 1 except this focuses on your potential to lead from the top. Generally, the higher your score on the continuum above, the greater your potential for strategic leadership. However, the key to realizing your aspirations is education, hard work, and persistence, not simply potential. You can develop your strategic leadership ability through this course by applying the principles and theories to your personal and professional life.
