Our purpose is try to improve Gloria Jeans Coffee, make them better by increasing customer satisfaction.

Sample Size And Sample Selection:
We want to measure the satisfaction of people who consume coffee. We prepared a Google Survey and the survey is answered by 60 people among more than 72 students that we sent. We use e-mail and whatsapp application for sending our survey link.
Survey Results :
60 people respond our survey and our survey is ongoing until 21th of April. In the final report we will explain our main data and analyze to test our hypotheses.
